The ad clearly shows metal cufflinks (even have a zoomed image of them) and that was what I was expecting. It simply came with cheap plastic ones. Might as well come with plastic buttons too if you are not going to commit to the image. Feels like being taken advantage of. Emailed them and did not get any response. Chased them further but still waiting on an explanation. Needless to say, not happy with their customer service or experience.
