I ordered a suit. The jacket was fine but the trousers were way too tight; impossible to even get on. I measured them. I ordered a 42 inch waist and got sent a 38 inch waist. Have had to return both as it is a suit.

I was unhappy that the courier didn’t actually ring my doorbell, just left a note in the post box 3 days in a row. I’m in a first floor flat so I wouldn’t have heard him knocking on the door downstairs. When I mentioned his to customer services, all they said they could do is offer me a refund, which I am still waiting for. What I wanted was the clothes I’d ordered.
