Spent almost £300 in one transaction from hard selling and without much time for myself to look at products. Upon returning most of the items in the Windsor branch I was appalled by the level of customer service I received. It was evident the moment I walked into the store that the staff had realised that I was carrying a bag and was to return items. This early assumption by the staff at the windsor branch not only cost a sale but I was not served at all which is a shame as I was not going to return the items but exchange. The poor level of customer engagement resulted in me returning more then half of what i had purchased. Furthermore i was told by the cashier that there was only one member of staff who was able to authorise and carry out refunds and that i had to wait 30 minutes to half an hour as he was busy with an appointment. This was the time given by her manager I believe by the name of Ben who she had called prior to saying this to me. After explaining that I could not wait up to an hour for a refund he reluctantly came over to the till and started to process the refund. I had bought a pair of burgundy shoes and asked if they had the same style but in a different colour to which he quite confidently said no with a bit of frustration clearly due to fact he was called him from his appointment. To no surprise exactly next to him by the till area was the show I had bought but in a different colour. Either he has no clue of what he sells or he just was not bothered. In this situation I believe the latter to be the case. A real shame as I would have purchased the pair of shoes had I been given better service. Will not shop here again. Disgusting service
