Absolute disaster. I have ordered a suit with delivery abroad (Switzerland). Not only you charge 35 GBP for delivery and have delivery time up 10 working days (compare 4GBP and 3 working days in Charles Thyrwitt for example) but actually never deliver a thing. When I checked the status of delivery in DPD 7 days after dispatch the items were just 'returning to Moss Bros' without crossing even the UK border. I contacted you through your 'contact us' form on your web site because it seems you are so afraid to display somewhere there any phone number someone from your company can be reached on. I got reply 4 days later with the terse answer 'I can see your order has been returned to us by DPD and a full refund has been processed. I have contacted DPD to find out why the parcel was returned to us' Nothing about ‘shell we send suit again, with the express delivery covering all the costs ‘ or something similar… Not even follow up on my question, when can I expect an answer on what really happen with the delivery… Just like nothing really happen! If I wanted to donate money for 30 days I would choose charity institution or trust fund to get actual interests. I wanted to buy suit – I basically seem to choose bad company – ‘too big to fall’ or ‘too big to actually care about customer’ I don’t have any doubts that writing here in this customer survey will change anything to the customer approach. Clearly the only way to warn other people about your ‘Customer service’ is to go to your facebook and other social media to actually get it done.
