"Was served by two women, Colleen and another (forget the name sorry) with nice dyed hair who helped order my suit and guide me through the appropriate size and tailoring options. Would order through the store in future rather than online purely for the sheer helpfulness and how great they both were. The suit was off the hanger and slightly tailored and I adore it."

"I have recently bought a number of things in the Moss Bros Colchester store for my two sons. A full evening DJ suit, as well as black tailored trousers and a tie. On both occasions we were looked after by the wonderful Olivia. She has superb product knowledge, knew her sizes and delivered a great retail experiences that beats online shopping."
