"Most definitely would rent and purchase from them again. Service was excellent despite a few hiccups at the till point (systems issues). I tried Matalan and next for a suit / tux and failed in both with next not even making the jacket size I needed. Matalan was a mess and not one garment was in the correct hanger with extremely limited stock. Moss store was clean crisp and the prices were not extortionate either. Not only did they have my size I was able to rent the suit for later that evening with no issues. My only negatives are regarding a pair of plain high gloss shoes that really need a better sole on them. My feet were slipping from underneath me. A bit of additional grip wouldn't go amiss. The male staff in the lower section of the store did not seem too interested in serving. A more proactive approach would make it feel a bit more welcoming."
