"Please do not publish my feedback on any website or social media. The service was good but not perfect. For one of the orders the sizes of the individual were lost so he had to be re-measured. Also the pick up location was not taken correctly so had to be corrected after checking. Also one person was told there suit had not yet arrived when in fact it had arrived. Also I was frustrated at being told that shoes in a certain size could not be ordered in to try to check they were the best size for the day. I was told that if they dont fit then they can be changed on the day of the order arriving and being tried on. That doesn't work if the person collecting the suit and shoes is not the person wearing it. It also does not work if the wedding is a distance away and requires leaving 2 days before the wedding. Also another member's shoes did not fit very well. The original shoe tried on at the fitting was a different type of shoe compared with the one ordered for the wedding. They were told the shoe not not be ordered in to try. Unsurprising the actual shoe for the wedding in that size was too big so a smaller one would be required. The shoes were tried on at the suit collection 3 days before the wedding. They were told their was no guarantee they would have the shoe in a smaller size and also that if they did that there was no guarantee they would arrive before 3pm in 2 days time. That is not good enough considered I had been told that different sizes could be couriered the next day. As it happened they arrived 20 hours later. But that is not the point of my poor feedback. The point is at sizing I was told one thing and then at collection I was told another thing."
