"The service I received at this branch of Moss Bros was the best I have had for many years anywhere. As I entered the store I was greeted in a friendly way but not overbearing. I made my way to the shirt stand but couldn't see the object of my visit. A more mature assistant who had clocked the fact that I couldn't find what I was looking for then came forward to help. Having located the style of shirt we found that the exact size I require was not available but could be ordered and collected from the shop in a couple of days. The assistant suggested I tried one of the shirts on as it was only half a size up on my normal measurement. As I struggled to undo the buttons on the shirt I was wearing he offered to help. His attention to me was exemplary and I bought the shirt basically because the service was so good. I shall return ."
